My account has been hit for $24.95, and I never called or received a call from anyone regarding VOIP or any other services.  This is BS and I am planning to file a case with the BBB and with my bank.  Times are too hard for this BS!!

This charge appeared in my bank statement today.  I immediately s****ed looking into it becuase i did not autorize this charge.  It appears that I am not he only one being hit with this.  I have found other sites with forums just like this one, complaining about the same number/company. This is a wide spread issue and seems to be excelating.  I have not been able to get ahold of anyone at this company or my bank since it is a Friday and after business hours.  I will have to tend to it on Monday.Take head.....pay attention to your accounts and immediately look into anything that seems su****ious.

NUMBER APPEARS TO BE PHONE NUMBER FOR A VOIP,LLC, THAT IS STEALING FROM MY ACCOUNT TO THE TUNE OF 24.95 PER MONTH.  GUESS THE NEXT STEP IS TO FILE ALAWSUIT WITH STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE.  THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED AND PUT AWAY.

I noticed that this company had been stealing money from account and when I called to inquiry about the debited money, the representive acted as if I had done so****ing wrong . i just want my money from these jokers and will persue other measure to try and make sure it doesn't happen to any one else!

My brothers Checking account has been debited by e-check for $24.95 for the past three months. Can't say that it was total fault of "doneRIGHT LLc VoIP" (Internet phone service provider)When I called the number to get information about these debits they were very ***ue. They were NOT "doneRight LLC". They are like the middle man and I was told that they do all of their correspondence with dR by fax. Let's see, that turnip wagon just went off and left me! My brother is in a LTC, otherwise known as a Long-Term-Care Facility or Nursing Home. He used to live at an****isted living apartment type complex about 4 years ago and apparently someone at that location found an old checkbook of his and is using his name and the address and apartment number that my brother used to live in, which was listed on the checks.

You've ripped my account off for $24.95.  I've never spoken to you or ordered any of your products.  How did you get my money? Where the F..K is it?  How did you get into my account?  Give me my money back, you ****-holes!

I am getting $24.95 debited to my account and this number is invalid.
