This is just ONE of the several 866 collection agency numbers that call me on a daily basis. Watch out for 866-568-2294 too.
don't know why a collection agency would be calling unless it is for the idiot who had the number first. when i get a person i give them the correct number for this idiot and they stop calling ME!!!
Second Time around is a collection agency. Don't answer the call. They ignore Cease & Desist letters and they don't follow collection guidelines.
