Leave a Commenti just falled for it , gave atm numbers so now im gonna close my account
1-866-963-4935. Calls from this number are telemarketing scams. They told me that I was being entered into a drawing for $1,000,000 that would be held on December 30th and that I had already won a mens or womens diamond watch and that they needed to verify my address to send my choice to me. Their number is now programed into my cell phone as Telemarketer so that I know not to answer it.
a man called me using the name sean from 866 963 4935 and knew my first name, then said he has known me for 10 yrs and do i know who he is.he also said do i have to come over there. over and over. i called it back and no one picked up.
I called them back after I was ***g up on after answering 4 times. The guy tried to sell me magazines. They have called another 3 times since then.
I am getting a call from this number and 866-394-9197 on my cell and work phone. Clearly the same place as the same thing happens: I pick up, hear noise in the background, dead air then disconncts. I have been getting these calls for a couple of weeks, every day, all day long. Now they are calling my work phone too as I have called the number from my desk. When I have tried to call the number back, sometimes the call is picked up but no one speaks other times the call won't even connect. Thanks for the link to the FCC. I filed a complaint.
Same thing with me 4 times today.
This number called today and I said "hello." after a couple seconds a man said "Is this Joshua?" I ***g up. Later they called. I answered it and said "hello" no answer so I said "If this is a telemarketer, take me off of your f***ing calling list, I don't want to talk to you!" they called back later and unfortunately I missed the call (I was going to have some fun this time).BUT, the reason I am ****ed is that yes****ay another person called, and said I won s**t and I did a short 5 question survey and they said I won a watch and 4 free magazines. Then I talked to a guy and he said it would cost $4.99 a week for 19 months and I said no I don't want to do it. He said he'd mail me so****ing and the payments wouldn't s**** until I responded and said I was ready, but I gave him my credit card number. I honestly have no f***ing idea what I was thinking. What should I do? Am I safe?
They call several times a day. I anwered and a lady asked for John. I told her she had wrong number and she said okay like she already knew she had wrong #. Then called a***n several hours later. Tried to call back - says "all circuits busy". How can you trace or et this # investigated?
They call over and over and say nothing. If anyone knows who they are please tell me so I could find them and open up a big ole can of****woop on them.
I find the callers from this company to be very unprofessional and rude. I asked what company the caller represented and he said "IMC" with no futher explanation, but the caller (when asked) indicated he was calling from Clearwater, FL. He told me I would be entered in a drawing for a million dollars and also that I "won" some type of fancy diamond ladies (or mens) watch. I asked "What's the catch?" and the guy went on to explain that there was "no catch" but then he went on to tell me that 48 months of Cosmo, Health and Elle magazines would be shipped to my address and then he verified my address. I told him that I do not want these magazines (I already have subscriptions to Health & Elle, and barely read them, anyway). Then he asked me "Do you have any hobbies?" and I said "No" and that's when he ***g up. I called back a few minutes later on the same phone (my cell phone) and w***ver answered asked "Is this Jillana?" (my name) so it kinda creeps me out that they know my name. I called from work phone which does not come up on caller ID and received a busy signal. Outright cruddy worthless scammers.
Please quit calling. I'm getting very mad.I don't wany any magazines.
After about 10 calls I finally answered and got the sales pitch from this magazine company. I would receive subscriptions to 5 magazines if I "helped them out" by paying for one-$4.60 per week for a monthly periodical! Was just wat****g TV so I let him go on and on for about 10 minutes, then asked him if he realized how annoying all of the calls were, then said "consider my wasting your time as payback". He ALMOST beat me to the ****up!
Just s****ed getting these calls today! Calls every 2 hours!! I'm so annoyed!
Same problem. Filed a complaint with the FCC for fraudlent activity a***nst 866-963-4935. http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

I get this call on my cell phone several times a day. It rings once or twice then ****s up-no message. When I call it it says (from any phone) all circuits are busy now!!!! MAKE IT STOP-ITS DRIVING ME NUTS
