Leave a Commentwell did u call them to see whats going on??? i would call them asap because what i did is i contacted them and there we in the process of sueing me but i filled out a hardship application with them and i was able to get my bill knocked down to $1246 and kepted them from getting judgement a***nst me but you must catch them before the a**holes serve you
They continue to call tell my personal business and harass my sisters family. My sister has given them our information but they refuse to contact us. We have never had a call from them. They have to be breaking a law by calling family and not us.
i recieved a letter from these clowns about 2 months ago saying they are handling my case and if i have any questions i must contact within 30 days. well i figured its another collection agency and i put it on the back burner.well these f***ers showed up at my **** work today and served me for a debt i owed $700 on 3 years ago and now there sueing me for $1842. this is horse s**t and ****ed if i ever get another credit card from MBNA ever a***n!if anyone can help me on the steps i can take to put this off untill im able to hire and attorney or is it to late?
