This is a scam!!! **** up.

My wife originally got the message on my behalf and when I called the phone number (866 -977-3914) the person answered the phone "Oakdale and****ociates how can I help you?" Then when I asked a***n what the office I was calling he said it was the office Hope. He then asked if I had a case number and I told him it was a case phone number 202-318 -6624. He put me on hold a few minutes. When he came back, he said the lawsuit is being filed for a total of $10,493.37 and then looks like you're going to be dealing with Wachovia Bank on the master credit card that wasn't taken care of and it was with Wells Fargo originally. I told him I'd never had a charge card with Wachovia or Wells Fargo. I asked him to send me proof of the charges with my signature and he told me that I was just repeating what I hear on tiktok. I told you this is a big scam and ***g up on him.

Called a friend and claimed there was a lien on her mortgage. Scam.

Stating i owe a huge debt to hsbc and they are garnishing my wages and placing a lein on my house, i do not owe hsbc money at all, these people are scammers

This call said I had an extremely large Chase credit card bill, a summons, and till the end of the day to pay off my debt. I'm****uming this is a scam since I've never had that type of credit card.
