Call from "Rose" at the editorial department of "Who's Who." Rose couldn't even tell me who the supposed publishing company of this publication was.
Just a got a call from an Indian accented young lady named Rose. The company is "Who's who." It is a scam company, you pay to put your name and personal info in a "database." I looked this up online, and no one has ever seen this database, and most people think this information is sold to third party companies and could possibly be used for iden***y theft. When they call: 1. Check the name of the person and company 2. Ask them to stop calling you 3. Note the day and time and report the incident to the FCC It is illegal for telemarketers to call you to sell you so****ing if you are on the do not call registry. Report them to the FCC every single time they do this and possibly, eventually, one day, they will close up their scam business, and stop calling us. Spammer....I just found that my phone has the ability to block these calls, so I check here first and then block them. Thanks Guru! :-)
