I received a call from them today; no one left a message. I called them back. They wanted to discuss mortgage foreclosure options with me.I told them that BOA lost my loan modification 2 years ago, refused to accept payments on it and then proceeded with foreclosure action a***nst me. I counter-sued in court and BOA was told to work things out with me.One of their reps offered me a new mtg mod and told me it was a permanent mod. Turns out, it's a 3 month trial mod.They MADE me opt out of the Making Homes Affordable Program. Now I'm getting all kinds of letters and docs from BOA about foreclosure options. The Banking Commissioner and State Attorney General are following this matter. Today's phone call will also be provided to them.BOA doesn't appear to be interested in working on a modification and it looks to me like they plan on foreclosing anyway.If that happens, I will be filing a suit a***n BOA. I've been *****ing around with this bullsh** for over two years now - they have got to be the most incompetent bank in the world!

When customers are delinquent with Bank of America, GMOS &****ociates was hired by Bank of America to help homeowners with foreclosers, or getting their homes off their hands, etc.I recieved their call and I am only one month pass due. I do want their calls to stop, so I contacted Bank of America to ask if this organization is legite. They claimed they did here of them but they would call them in my behalf. When Bank of America called GMOS &****ociates, GMOS &****oc. indicated that I would have to fax them a letter en***led: Cease & Decist to stop the calls!A Cease & Decist letter will be faxed to 800-520-5019
