Don't know the caller. Gave a callback number and case #; never heard of them before. When asked who is the law firm, they said to call the # provided and give case number?
When returning the call, representatives refuse to give any information on the company or why they are calling and use ******, unprofessional language. They also threaten if you don’t verify your information legal action will worsen. Total scam as no company would speak to someone asking general questions and be so defensive when asked!
