It said it was a company called, Gulfcoast collections. I don't owe them any money and they also never said who they wanted to speak to. They left me a message when I didn't answer.

Just plays music when answered
Calls and just leaves a phone number. I called the number one time and could tell they were phishing for information.
I received 24 calls within a two minute span. Number has been blocked but they continue to call. Their loss.
