I call 866-994-8796 and spoke with customer service. This number belongs to Integral Choice.http://www.integralchoice.com/They verified the employee Michael Gunn and stated that Verizon hired this company to reduce business phone bills.
I received a call from 866-994-8796 and they stated that my Verizon phone account may have been charge too much. He wanted permission to review my account. If he worked for Verizon and there was a problem with my account, should he not have the right to review it?He stated his name as Michael Gunn.
