How did they get my number?

Please don't give them any money, call 1-800-SPRINT1, I work for Sprint together with Nextel and this is NOT our COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT..... I am warning you, they are going to rip you off!!!!....Any questions email me,[email protected]

It is a company used by Sprint called"pre collections"  they****ured me that if you paid everything in full this will not affect your credit.

Sprint is trying to collect money from me for early termination, when I did not terminate early. A supervisor told me he would take care of the problem, but I continue to be harassed. I have gotten six or seven calls recently from this number. The phone rings once or twice and then stops ringing.

This is not a real Sprint collections agency, first of all, they just called me and I work for Sprint, and any collections that we have would not represent themselves as Sprint, they would either represent themselves as the collection agency or say "Sprint together with Nextel".... When you call them back they just say "all our opporators are busy"... Sprint together with Nextel would have had an opening, and more options to enter your phone number or account number.... PLEASE if you get a call from this number DO NOT give them any of your ACCOUNT information, do not give them your pin, do not give them your address, they are looking for a way to get ahold of your account, THIS IS NOT SPRINT....If you have any questions for your accounts you can call 1800SPRINT1... that is the real customer service.  Please don't give them any information. Just found out, this number is located in Arkansas and it is Sprint. They have gotten clever havent they. They have the number as unavailable, cal 8 times a day, and if you dont answer that number, they will c****e numbers and call from that number. I know I owe them money, but dang, why call me 8 times a day, when I do answer, you put ME on hold, or dont say anything at all. They also never leave a message. This is crazy. So****ing has to be done. I advise anyone to let Sprint know that you only want communications in writing, if not that is considered harassing. You have the right to tell them to contact you by mail only.

Just got a call about 15 minutes ago. When I answered there was dead silence on the other end. Weird. I've never had any dealings w/ Sprint. My # is on my wife's Verizon acc't.

Get this call repeatedly on my cell..  They do not leave a message.. and if I try to call them back.. I get a fast busy signal.  This has been going on for a month..  They call 8 to 10 times daily.

It is sprint collections. I did answer the phone but was left on ignore with the Please stay on the line and the first available rep will be with you message.  Five minutes later, I ***g up on them and called them.  The answered and asked if I received a letter from them.  I advised the person, Robert, who answered the phone they had called me. I raised heck with them.  Some one used my phone number on their sprint credit card or cell service.

I looked up the # and it comes out of Texarkana Ark. and it looks like Sprints collections department....Cause I know I owe them money so thats who I believe it is...

They have called 2 times yes****ay and ****s up and they've called this morning and ***g up.I dont know the # and dont know which state it came from either.

Called me at 8:30am, no message left.
