The number belongs to a large debt collector company named Portfolio Recovery. They literally have hundreds of numbers they use but this one is the most common. I don’t know why they keep calling me, and no matter how many times I’ve explained that I am not who they are looking for, they still insist on calling almost daily. They are true bottom-feeders!

When told not to call me if they couldn't tell me where they're calling from, she told me they wouldn't stop.
