Called to buy real estate. He wanted to talk about everything but real estate. Was an engineer in saudi arabia for 30 years and has four dogs and two cats. bought an apple watch for his nephews girlfriends daughter etc etc. then sent pictures of all the things he has ***ted. Has no email. Weird conversation.

Called asking about real estate but would talk about everything but real estate. Has been to every place in the world and done everything imaginable. Very nice and quite funny but he's not looking to truly do business. Maybe he's just lonely perhaps

Scam

Called about investment properties but did not provide many details about what he is looking for. Seemed to have quite a fantasy life -owner of a race team, travels the world, leaves $10000 tips for waitresses. Said he does not use the internet which I found odd. I don’t think he is seriously looking for property.

I believe the same as the previous reporter. So****ing is off about him and his social media profile doesn’t seem legit. Stay away.

Believe he has other intentions than working with me as a Realtor.
