Who Called: Nothing but Static after only 1 or 2 rings

Some****ies robocalling ma****e is broken. Nothing but loud noisy static so their recording if any is masked behind the much louder static. I must get near 6 of these bogus type of telemarketers/scam artists nearly every day. Just another ********* who doesn't give a hoot about the DONOTCALL.GOV list which I've been on since it's inception.
