Leave a CommentThey called my 40yr old mother telling she won over a million dollars and that she needed to send a money gram for $180 and that it was for security purposes, and that was for them to make sure she received her money, they had her complete information her address. It was a man who of course sounds very Jamaican. He said it came from Sam's and Walmart sweepstakes. Its a total scam and they kept bothering her for over two weeks, we put in a police report as well.
Phoned and left no message.
They called my 93 yr old mother and told her she won $850,000.00 dollars and needed a green dot mastercard. They had her address but gave the wrong name. She didn't give them any more info. I called and reported this to the police. It's a scam targeting older persons, according to the Clinton Twp. police
