Leave a CommentSomebody named Tommy Smith calling saying they need to come to my address to give me a summons to court. I called the court house to see what was going on. They told me they didn't know what I was talking about, there was no case filed a***nst me. The address they left are old addresses I had like 4-5 years ago. I was like are you serious, that you are going to pretend to be a member of the court coming to get me.
i got a call from this # too , and my Dad is an attrny , i got the case number that they are claiming is file in the court system.. well my Dad did some research and it so happens that is a collection agency calling me, pretending to be process servers , and is just a tactic to get me scare to pay, well i already got all the proper information on the company and i'm having my Dad file a REAL LAWSUIT.
