I got a call from 18772013426 say that the were going to send me to court because i havent done any of my payments An funny thing is they only talk in spanish also the had a warrent out for me an that they were goin to arrest me if i didnt give them 400 dollars by 1pm today

These guys keep callin and leavin messages, very annoying. They always call from a blocked number and claim they are lawyers when I ask where they passed there bar exam they fire back with "we don't need to provide u with any information about us" but in Spanish so it just made it funnier... One more reason not to answer blocked calls

They have been calling me for the last few months, first they called asking for one of my friends now they leave messages saying that I have to call back and ask for Jorge Ramos before 4 PM they say "Es algo muy importante para con su persona".I think I am going to call them and ask them to stop the calls because I know they are fake!

Dont worry, they couldn't be faker!They're calling me about some person i dont even know, francisco rangel and they're saying that i am going to get a citation because francisco rangel got a citation.the ****** woman calling me could not be any ruder! And theyre ****** because the woman calling me from curacao to see if I wanted to purchase insurance for an ipod that I bought, is the same one supposedly calling from the abogados nacionales.This is funny because I think that this is only happening to people who have an account with curacao,or whom we have added as a reference, which means that curacao is illegally giving or selling all of our information to third parties,or the employees think its interesting to prank call people.i usually go to the curacao from lynwood, sometimes the one in hp n the one in south gate.but im pretty sure its the one in lynwood.i am going to make a complaint to them,i know theyre responsible for this and theyre not careful with our privacy.theyre really annoying me.and I dont think its about making payments because i make my payments ahead of time n so does my brother my sister n my boyfriend.

I also got calls from these losers. First of all I got laid off from work and stopped making payments to La Curacao in early 2010. By May 2010 I got calls from Adir international pretending to be a collection agency, but they we're voicemails since i would never pick up a 800 number. So these calls continued all the way around August 2010 with the addition of them calling all of reference contacts. It got more serious at the middle of August when I got calls from some woman called Ana who said she was a lawyer representing La Curacao, and bringing charges a***nst me. A***n, they we're just voicemails they would leave me since I never picked up my phone. Back then I thought they we're real calls from real lawyers trying to sue me, specially when my aunt called me once day to tell me she was sick and tired of hearing voicemails from them. She decided to answer them one day and some guy called Rodolfo from Abogados Nationales Los Angeles told her they wanted to talk to me urgent about a legal matter. My aunt convinced me to called them and so I did. My aunt previously gave me a case number Rodolfo gave her and when I called Rodolfo he asked me for the case number, When he got his papers into his desk he told me I owed 900 to La Curacao and Adir International is suing me in court which I was to appear on September 25th 2010. He gave me an option to pay the whole thing or pay half now and stop the court process. Once a***n at that moment I was so scared but I told him all I had was 100, but he told me that wasn't enough. His tone of voice got a little louder and angrier when I kept repeating to him that I only had 100. He then asked for my credit card and SSN to be sure I was the real me and that's when I got very su****ious. Later on I told him I would call him back in one hour and be ready with at least 400. I immediately called my cousin who is studies law at UCLA and told me they we're phonies, plus I googled their number and that's when I surely convinced these ****ers we're fake. At the end I called him back and I pretended that I had my lawyer on the other line (it was 3 way call with my cousin) and my cousin asked him for the case number and the address of where Rodolfo's Lawfirm was located. So Mr. Rodolfo ****ed up immediately and since then none of those ****ers ever called and harrased my family a***n.

I received a similar call today from this phone number. he said his name is mario costa.awkward I would say. in****uming they will call me back since i left them a voice message regarding the "case number" but you know what they say: "el que ***a debe ***a teme"!

my mom got a a call from abogados nacionales saying that they wanted to talk to her about a case they had and wanted to talk to her. the guy that left the message said he was Arturo Ortiz

hello I also got a called from the abogados nacionales (1817)201-3426 ext309 and to ask for Arturo Ortiz I called back and it turned out to be a wrong number the person that answer the phone did not know what eas going on if you have recived this type of call you should make a police report I alredid the police is looking inti ot

i keep getting calls from this number in Spanish. i asked what the call was about and they wouldn't tell me until i confirmed personal information. since i wouldn't confirm the information, the lady got mad and called me SO ****** then ***g up. we had previously called La Curacao to try to settle the debt but could never speak to anyone and just got transfered around - no one was able to help us.

I got a call from this number and she said she was calling for Samuel de Jesus Hernandez. I don't know anybody by this name. By reading the other comments i'm****uming i'm the contact person on some credit report so they're calling me about this person. I called but got no answer. This all sounds very fishy but i'm still going to call them and find out what they want and how did they get my number.

I recieved a call to my number asking for my sister in law talking about a case a***nst her cousin! How in the heck does this make sense, i know it doesnt but they better not call me back! Plus the caller ID said "Unavailable"

I got a call from my brother asking me if i put him as reference on the curacao, maybe i did i don't remember. but that's not the case, the case is i owe about $1000 and call to me payment arrangments but they said is not the time. that i need it to pay $****** tomorrow before 12pm other wise the sherif was going to come to my house, and send my contacts to court, when they only were my references.i'm trying to get this people's adress to talk to them personally, but i haven't been able to get a hold of them. this people don't have custumer manners, they scare you................. what should we do?

Wahoo this people are so****ing else. They don't have any respect for human being they call people names and they insult you like we don't have any right. I tried to reason with them in paying my Debt by paying every week until I'm done paying it off and they still refuse. I don't understand what kind of profesional office is this.

well i had this guys keep calling my phone never left a message come to work had three mssages from these guys i called but no answer ????

they called me on friday around 5pm and left me a voicemail saying i have to return their call before monday 4pm regarding a legal case. when i called they told me they were about to close and they could give me any information without my case number. lawyers don't call ***ody when they are in any collection angecy. do not provide them any personal information...no social security, NOTHING

These guys are so random and fake it 's almost unbelievable.  Don't waste your time with them.  Losers the whole lot.  : )

They call and yell and scream and threaten in spanish.  Which is fine because I only speak English.  Oh and I am not Jose.  And I do not owe any money.LolIgnore these monkeys and a** clowns.

Hello Guys, I recently received a call from one of those Abogados (Lawyers) because I Owed around $1200.00 to LA CURACAO, Here's the number... 1877-201-3426 don't get scared!!! first thing that you need to do is to calm down.. ok, they are fake, funny collection agency,,,,the funny thing is that they did not call me at first, they called my contacts and told them personal information, which is illegal. they usually call your contacts, so that your relatives or friends can persuade you to make your payments somehow... anyway I called them and they told me that I was being sued for non-payment. they also spoke to me in Spani***, and gave me a case number... bla bla bla... hey guys under this Economic cr****, there's a lot of people, that are being laid off,  going bankrupt, not making any payment, being transferred to collection agencies!!! come on! don't worry... just remember this family comes first, feed your family... don't feed others! ok if you ruined your credit that's fine, if you owed a lot that's fine as long as you are alive and a lovely family that's what matters! This is a collection agency who is pretending to be some kind of bogus attorneys threating people who have not paid their debts that they will be sent to court for fraud. They are pretty scary on their threats
