Leave a CommentI can confirm that it is XM Satellite Radio. I called the 8772090079 back and the automated message for XM answered the call. If you are attempting to contact a human, most options will not work (as of today). You can follow most of the options presented and in the end you are told "Sorry we cannot handle your call at this time".So here's what you can do.Choose the option that is meant for the dealers. You will be placed on hold and a human will eventually pick up. The key here is to remain calm.I was expecting them to think I was a car dealer. Seems not to be the case. They will ask for your phone number and to confirm your address. I'm****uming they have this information showing up on their computer screen. I don't have a problem telling them that. They will then ask for your birthdate, as a security question. If you don't mind revealing that information, go ahead. I don't. So they asked me to choose another security question. I just said "What is my pets name." I could here them key in the question. Then they asked for an answer, so I provided one.At this point, they were happy to****ist, "What can we do for you today?".Calmly, I told them that we are getting repeated calls from 8772090079 and when I pick up the phone, there is no one there. It ****s up after 10 secs. I then told him the efforts I had to go through just to get to talk with him. He seemed to be really concerned about the fact that no one was on the phone when the call was made and that I had such a hassle with "Sorry we cannot handle your call at this time".It was then I told him that I wanted them to stop calling otherwise I would seek legal action. A Cease and Desist letter would be effective I think. By this point, he was very apologetic and said he would immediately bring it up with his supervisor. So this woodchuckcanuck will sit back to see what happens. If this forum doesn't hear forum me a***n then you know its worked.

Ya , I got a call today and yes****ay from that number and have recently bought a car with XM
I have told this company repeatedly that I am not interested in extending my subscription but they continue to call. How do I get them to stop calling?Any time a company calls frequently to try to sell so****ing I make a point to never buy because of their annoying telemarking tactics.
Hello people...To confirm your post - I do believe that it is XM Radio calling. I recently bought a Genesis Coupe which has XM radio in it (Free for 6 months) which is expiring this month...Total PITAMy calls though, don't say anything and then drops after 4-6 seconds of silence.
Yeah it was XM RADIO got a great deal for only $5.99 for the first 3 months after my 90 day trial is over. Instead of the regular $14.99 a month. Not a bad deal I hear other people are paying the regular price and never get the chance to take it at a discount.
Yes, just bought a new gm truck in June and getting the same #'s on my phone. So decided to do a search and some of the searches want tyou to pay for the info. But luckily came asccross your comment. Nice to know who it finally is. Thanks, for posting.
actually it could be xm. I just got a new buick with free xm and gave my number out. now this number (8772090079) and 5195555555 call me daily. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. does anyone else have a buick or gm or free xm (or onstar) connection to these numbers?
they had my last name correct but the*****unciation was way off then would not talk and ***g up...
My call was from XM radio wanting me to continue a free subscription at a discount. Sounded sketchy so I asked him to call back so I could research the number. Looks like it's just a general marketing company.
This number called a couple of times daily and never left a message. Don't know when it would stop calling.
I think this is XM radio; but there is never a message left. I am getting a couple calls on some days, and at least 3 calls per week.
The above phone number calls daily. No one is on the phone.
This is really ****ing me off. 3-4 times a freaking day, this number calls me!!! How do you stop this???
the number keeps phoning, no one is there
