Leave a CommentThey keep calling and left a voicemail with just a phone number. I want it to stop.
Caller left message with no details, only said please return call with number
Left a garbled message with odd music at the beginning and then said that they were Stewart Law and left this number to call. We have had approximately 40 phone calls in the last year looking for various Hansens and many of these callers identify themselves as debt collectors; however, we have no debts and have never stiffed anyone on a debt.
left message saying it was a law firm; did not say regarding what. They gave the name of Stuart Law and the number to call. Why dodn't they send a letter, if they are for real?
They wanted to know how long i have had the phone number. Asked if i have had the number for over a year, and thats a no. looking for some guy, same last name but i dont know a Kevin.
they keep calling and leaving no message or anything
called several times saying they were a law office ..so****ing about unsettled debt ..which i have none ...so i think its more a scam !
get calls from these guys who claim to be a law firm tying to collect on old debts that they bought for pennies from other scammers.. they hire telemarketers to blast phone lines all day. problem is that have no legit paperwork on anyways debts, dont buy in to their scam. if you pay cause of an old debt chances are its wont be removed from your credit report anyways cause these guys are ripoff ******s.
left message at a work number and no information is being found on line about this company or group
message very jumbled / couldn't tell where they were calling from / # on caller ID was
looking for karen satterfield this is not even close to being me
Calls coming to my elderly parents' home. Chad, or Tad, Stewar(t) name given. Phone number and partial address in Salt Lake City. They have no bills, never have had (old school, they pay cash or don't buy it). Must be phishing from a name database.
Left message on answering ma****e looking for Edwin Wong -to call 877-209-4155 if not Edwin Wong - requested my real name and asked how long I had phone number - would not tell me why they are requesting information. I should not have given them my information!
I got a message regarding my 1 year old son from Rachael at this company. I called back and they answered law office. I owe some debts but they are about to charge off... What a$% holes to act like its so****ing about my son... plus the ****s mispronounced my super common last name. Idiots!
This number called and left a message that they were an attorney's office and to call them back. They asked for a woman named Carolyn, never heard of her. We blocked the number in our phone. They keep calling. Clearly this is a scam.
called my home several times for my ex-wife of 25 years who has different last name and leaves message on ma****e to call
will call 6-7 times in a day, about once a week. very annoying. Says they are Diane Clay law firm about an offer they sent me in the mail. Never got one.. Read its a debt collections agency or similar, don't owe anyone anything. Very annoying.
harrasing call trying to find my mother, she just moved here so dont see how they got my number. we dont even have the same last name..
Calling at work, cell and home (and it is not my home).
they are "scam artists" trying to make a buck off of an old debt I settled with another scam artist just like them; basically I was told it would be resolved and settled if I paid 1/2 of a debt my sister owed (I co-signed on a car for her) and now these people want me to pay the rest when I was told it was settled. don't pay anything or you will be hounded for life by them or others doing the same thing. don't be a fool like I was, tell them you will only deal directly with the company that you owe money to.
Been calling me since early 2009 saying I owe $5000 on Discover. They say they will mail the paperwork since I give them no info on the phone. The last caller stated if they mail the paperwork I won't be able to settle but if I settle on the phone they usually can settle for 50% of the amount due. I wonder how many people seriously give these people money. I've gotten a credit card, got my house refinanced, and got a farm loan this year and I'm sure that wouldn't happen if I really owed Discover $5000. They do say they are a law office and have used the "Chad Stewar..." law office name.
Numerous messages with just music playing. When you call the number, it is the same thing... Annoying 800 Service
Person named mysty called saying they were a law firm and that my attorney or me should call back to determine my options. The have called repeatedly. We don't owe anything and never have. They might think they are playing a mind game calling themselves a law office and saying the attorney should call for options. However, this is no mind game and they will lose and here's how: They have called repeatedly: harrasment. They have threatened: referenced illegit legal action. And of course I have recorded the interaction. Next time, my attorney will begin pressing them. It will be good to get some thousands of dollars from them. Funny how this will work in reverse for them.
"Listen for a very important message." Then music and after a minute, **** up. This is the second day in a row that I've gotten this call. I just ***g up right away yes****ay but today I ***g on to see what it was about.
They refer to themselves as Chad Stern Law. They are an agressive and verbally abusive collection agency.
Says it's Misty @ Chad Stewar..(uninteligible) law firm regarding legal action, call or have my attorney call immediately to avoid litigation. Had an East Indian accented caller at my work the other night saying my social security number had been identified and I should hold for their legal department, I think it's all the same group that's been hounding me for about 3 months, Federal Pacific. I believe it has to do with an old Providian account I had 10 years ago that was settled and written off...excessive charges on their part. It should have fallen off my credit report by now but I think these guys are churning old accounts. Don't fall for it. If you send them any money, it reactivates the debt and adds it back to your credit report. It's fraudulent credit abuse. Report it to your state attorney general
877-209-4155 is a spam. Report to your local authorities
They refer themselves as "Law Office" but they are a debt collection agency, they will call until they get you and threaten you, beware do not fall for it. Caller ID: 877-209-4155 Caller: Federal Pacific
They said I owed money from a phone that I purchased in 2003. If I was willing to pay them right now, they would let me settle for only $156. I told them I was going to call the police cause I felt this was a scam and they told me I should probably call a lawyer. I have never had Sprint for my phone and I have recently checked my credit report and it is clean.
called continueously even after requesting them not to call me. Now I just let it ring.
keep calling - **** up without saying anthing. calls at least once a day..
They call all the time. I dont even think its for me.
Someone calls from this 877 phone number about once a year looking for somebody I don't know.
FIRST NO ONE ON THE OTHER SIDE.. THEN SOME TAPE S**** PLAYING. ***G UP. ANNOYING..ANY SUGGESTIONS??
they refer to themselves as a "Law Office". When you call the 877 number back, the person who answers the phone answers it by saying "Law Office". They arent' a law office at all...they are a debt collector.
Keep receiving calls-want them stopped with annoying recording. I feel my privacy is being invaded.
Referred to themselves as settlement workers, Federal Pacific.
Hello... I have been getting repeat phone messages from insurance companies(no specific name was given) and most recently from "Federal Pacific" (which makes electric panels) about a****ential lawsuit. They sound threatening. I never returned their calls.
