Came through as TOLL FREE CALL, which is always a red flag. No message. After reading others' reports on this number, I saw that it's the "lower your credit card balance" scam. This makes the second call and the second number from the same scammer. I blocked the number. NDNC registry is useless. We have no recourse. Buy a call blocking device.
