Just opened our credit card bill and was trying to figure out what this $9.80 charge from ALS was for.  Like the others I called the number left a message and then descided to check it out on the internet and found this site.  Thank you for this site because now I will call my credit card company and request a credit.

I also had a $9.80 charge to my debit card last month from that number. I found all of these websites with people that had the same issue.  By the time I got around to dispute it, 3 weeks later, there was a credit back to my debit card for the same amount.  I am really confused. Maybe they finally got busted.

I call them back and advise them that they are making annoying calls and that I've advised the police and that they have been warned. If I continue to receive calls the sherriff will press charges a***nst them. The calls always end. Don't give then your real name. It has worked three times so far.

I keep getting calls on my cell phone from them. Three calls just this morning. They leave a message saying they are with discover card. I dont have a discover card. I just ignore the calls but it gets annoying.

I get a call from this number several times a day and it s****s at 8:45 every morning. Just this morning they have already called 3 times in 2 hours and 15 minutes. I call this harrassment!!! I want it stopped.

This showed up on my VISA card.  $9.70.  My credit card company is crediting the amount and will try to contact ALS for proof of the charge - which we know they will never provide! I hope someone catches this person.  When our accountant asked me about the charge, I said it was probably from a trade show and thought we should just be able to let it go through without a receipt.  I'm glad she pushed!I did not receive a phone call, but the number (877 211 1387) was listed on my credit card.

I got a call from them today and they asked me my SS# and told me they couldn't tell me why they were calling until I told them the number. I wouldn't give that out so the caller ***g up.

I get calls from 1 at least 3 or 4 times a day. I do not answer the phone because when I did in the past they want someone that does not live here. I have asked them not to call but that does no good so I just don't answer the phone. Thank goodness for caller ID.

they call me all the time. I never answer. If it is a debt collectorthey have the wrong person. I have Perfect credit and owe no one anything.

My VISA provider called to ask if a charge of $9.80 on 05/31/08 from ALS 877-211-1387 was authorized. It certainly was not - I've never heard of this company.

I was reviewing my credit card statement and notice an unauthorized charge of $9.80 on 04/16/08 from ALS 877-211-1387 MA, I don't even know of this company or heard of them before. I don’t recall receiving a phone call from that number. I very seldom use the credit card and the last time that I used it was about three months. When I called the number, to make a dispute, it went directly to voice mail which didn’t identify the company. I had to call my cc provider and dispute the charge, which will be reflected on my next billing cycle! I decided to googled the # and found this website, which I am thankful for. I hope this crooks get caught sooner than later!

Has anyone who receives one of these debit used a debit card prior at Hannaford Supermarket?  There has been a security breach and I had used my debit card at Hannaford 3 or days prior to the $9.70 debit.PS There was no phone call
