Leave a CommentRude puts it mildly. They called my mom a month ago and said she owed for an ATT bill. She has never had ATT and doesn't live in the town they said the account was under. She said to remove her name and number and never call her a***n. Today, they called me trying to locate my mom,, who, by the way, hasn't moved or c****ed her number. They said my name was****ociated with the account, which is BS because my mom doesn't have an account. They must have searched through google or so****ing to find me. After speaking with my mom about it, I called them back to let them know that they had already spoken with her and she isn't the person on that account. The woman was so rude and kept telling me she couldn't discuss the account with me. I reminded her that they called me. Then she asked for my ss number. Are you kidding me??? I told her no way. She said that without my social or a power of attorney, she couldn't speak with me. She kept saying that to "resolve the account", I needed to have my mom on the phone. I kept trying to tell her there was no account to resolve. She kept interuppting and even told me to watch my tone. It was so bizarre. My mom tried to call them back, but they were closed. She is planning to call them on Monday. Who ARE these people?
this company is rude and crude.... I asked that they not call my number a***n as I am not the person they are looking for or requested and they ***g up. hope that they do not call a***n as I have an attorney that would love to have a court case with them. I know that they would end up paying a fine....
