I keep getting calls from some foreign speaking persons, a lot of noise in the background, they left a message for me to call back to 760-429-2872 saying that I am a criminal, a legal case has been filed a***nst me. that if i did not return their call I would deal with the legal consquences, they can prove cir***stances in front of a judge, I am the primary suspect, see me in court.  This call seems to come from different numbers from different locations. This number keeps calling my work place,and wants me to give them my credit card information,and can't tell me what it's for,can this number be blocked?

Missed a call from 404-935-4130. The caller left a message identifying himself as "Investigator Goldstein" and left a call-back number to follow up an investigation.

I received a call from this number stating that they had my name and social number and that I had a payday loan from 2007 and that I owed 600 dollars.they said it was for check fraud. The person said his name was Investigator Mark Anthony and he called me on my work phone.he said if I did not pay it that they will prosecute me. I know this is a fraud because I have never had a payday loan in my life. If they keep calling I will call my loacal authorities and have them prosecuted.

This company calls me saying that they are investigators and that they are going to prosecute me for fraud,and they have been harrassing me on the phone for weeks.they have violated my rights and a lawsuit shoud be coming forthwith.

Their name is Epstein, Weinberg and****ociates. They are located in Atlanta, GA. They routinely violate State and Federal laws by posing as law enforcement officials and disregard the FDCPA. They do fall under the perview of this law. Their corporate fax number is 404-254-0866 and telephone is 877-215-9330. A fax with a return receipt is as good as a certified letter. Tell them to stop and when they don't, sue them!!!

I received a voice mail  message on December 20, 2010  from a woman who called herself Ms. Martin.  The number she left was 1-877-215-9330.  She stated that she was representing the company Epstein, Weinberg and****ociates and it was regarding check fraud for the company EmergencyLoan-now.com.  She stated that if I didn't pay $136.50 by today (12-20), that they were going to threaten legal action a***nst me. When I told her that the account had been paid in full, she said that there must be some fraudulent activity going on.  I faxed her a copy of the do***ents showing that the account had been paid.

Have not been personally harrassed by the company, but was good friends with an immediate family member of the couple (Shields) that own the company. At that time, They were living in a giant 3 story mansion, drove multiple ferrari/jaguar sports cars, constantly threatened to sue anyone and everyone, and needless to say, cared for nothing but money and more money. The work related conversations that took place (over a 6 year period) between the two owners were nothing short of di****able regarding customers/clients/future prospects. Now that I am older and understand what exactly it is that this company is doing, I fully discourage anyone from dealing with them in any way whatsoever (with the exception of asking for a written validation of thier claims). Those two, as well as thier company, are appaulingly robotic in thier complete indifference to your misfortune.

These people called from 404-935-4130 AND 703-774-1801, then told me to call back at 1-877-215-9330, ext. 1015. Lady left a message " I am Investigator Hall calling from the Investigation Department. I am investigating possible check fraud or theft by deception. I need you to call me back NLT 2100, EST to discuss an important legal matter. Yor case number is e518163." VERY SNEAKY! Almost responded to the call until I looked up the 877 number here on this site. Thanks everyone!

I got a call on my cell, then my work number stating i had a payday loan debt form 08/2007 with a back i havent had a account with since 2007. I was told if i didnt make a paymeny or arrgament that they were filing charges of check fraud

I do not know what these people want from me but they need to stop calling me at home and at work they are about to get me fire from my job they harass me all the time and have no legit reason and want tell mewhat they want with me how do i make it stop they have threaten me with warrants for my arrest and other legal actions and they want tell me any information.they call 877-215-9330

Called me and left a message to call back 8772159330 regarding a legal matter.  Said that I needed to call back within 24 hrs.  When I called back a man answered the phone but could not tell me what this was regarding.  He was very evasive.  I gave him my case number and put me on hold to ask an attorney what this was in regards to but never came back to the phone.

Received two phone calls from this number at work. First phone call was from someone said they were an investigator and were going to issue a warrant for my arrest. Before I could answer they ***g up on me. Second phone call was someone saying they were an investigator and left a reference number. How do I stop them from calling me at work? Don't know who they are?

They called and told my daughter that i better not try to hide from them cause they'll find me. When she asked what the call concerned, they told her my livelyhood........

I got a phone call from this company while I was out of town...they continued to call saying that if I did not call back and give them a certain docket number for a complaint a***nst me that further action would insue but yet when I try to call them back no one will answer the phone. I called back and told the gentleman who picked up that the person they called for has not been the owner of the number they called for 3 years now. Only time will tell if they continue to call back.

this person(s) has call me numorus time to my answer me****e and leave no info i picked the phone up and she gave a first name no company info but gave me an account number and a case number i did reconize but would not give a balance owed and would contact me a***n to resolve this matter ...dont bother with this number ....

Got a call on my cell from 404-935-4130 didn't answer was at work then got a call on my work phone from 877-215-9330  VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE  TOLD THem to stop calling me and that any communications needed to be by mail they said they would contact me anyway that they wanted to it was there right.RIGHT not I have contacted an attorney because they are misrepresenting themselves. They are not attorneys or investigators just slum collection agency. The man that called my work didn't even know the name of the comapny he worked for
