I just called them back. They're a collection agency for Capital One. I told them I DO NOT have a capital one card. They said they will remove my number from the list. Apparently they use an automated ma****e that calls u every so often.. We shall see how this goes.

They don't leave message but keeps calling while I'm at work.

I am getting multiple calls from this number, one right after another. Just had three within 15 minutes! I don't answer, but i did call it back and got some Indian guy saying it was Allied Citi and Capital One or so****ing like that. I have a Capital One card, but I am in good standing with them. Next time they call I will answer and wait for somebody to pick up then blast them with my air horn!

They keep calling my house it's getting really annoying. There have been times where I would just pick up the phone and **** it up.

This number is Allied Interstate. THey said they are calling on behalf of Capital One. But I called Capital One (1-800-955-7070) and they said that Allied Interstate is NOT affiliated with them. I reported them to their fraud dept too. So, This is what you do. at first talk really soft so the****hole will hopefully press his ear a***nst the phone or headset to better hear you. Then get a LOUD whistle or better yet an STADIUM AIRHORN, and BLAST them in their ear! Keep doing it --- over and over until they ****up on YOU. if everybody does this at least twice a day, then they will be inundated with calls from US. I checked out the # and this is a toll free number too - so they pay for it. Bug the **** out of them..... CONSUMERS UNITE!!!!!!!!

These ****** peole have been calling looking for some Kevin guy and I've told them for months now he doesn't have this phone or number anymore and neither do I know who the he'll he I I had to request to get taken off their call list and have it "approved" what load of bull is that???????

These ****s have been calling me for the past 3 weeks 3-4 times a day and I mostly ignore them but the few times I have answered no answer on the other end. At first it was just during the week now early 8:00 am and weekends.

I am getting multiple calls from 877-218-8370 number a day, however when I am picking up the phone there is no answer on the other side. It is very disturbing and annoying. I called back this number and got the name, but there is ***ody I can speak to.It is very disturbing to receive 10 calls like this a day on the average!!!! I want to sue the responsible people.

I had filed an earlier complaint about multiple daily calls from this number to my cell phone. I typically don't answer calls from unrecognized numbers but finally did answer one this week out of sheer frustration. The caller, a woman, asked for someone I'd never heard of. I advised her of this and also that my number was on DNC list and I wanted these calls to stop. She apologized courteously and said they would remove it from their records. Amazingly, the calls seem to have stopped -- at least I haven't had one for several days now. Hallelujah!

Went away for the weekend only to come back and find 20 missed calls on our house number from this#. They also called several times earlier last week but with no answer. I do not have a credit card with capital one or with citi bank, so I don't know what this is about. Either way, 20 calls in 3 days is harassment. If they call tomorrow, I am going to tell them that after I remind them I'm recording the conversation. We are on the do not call list too.

We do not have capital one accounts and never have. This number har***** at all hours of the day repeatedly every day. We have to stop whatever we are doing and check the incoming calls in case it is the schools calling about our children and are annoyed to see this number each time. There isn't any way to block this number and we are listed on the nationwide do not call list. GRRR!

They call at least 5 times a day & the number they are calling belongs to my teenage daughter. They call while she is in school & continue to call everyday. They never leave a message.

Has been calling me non stop out of no where for over a week. Called at 8am this morning and a***n this afternoon. I am not a citi bank or capitol one member or who ever you guys say it is. Annoying!!

I almost forgot. He called out cellular phone for incoming calls regarding maintenance of your fleet. It is a big no no to solicit on mobile phones

Suspect placed call to incoming line only related solely to the repair or our fleet. This caller Did not give his name or the name of the company he worked for or at least I don't think so since his English was so bad. Furthermore after I explained that this line was reserved for incoming business calls regarding the maintanence of our fleet and I advised him to contact Thomas Green by mail, the little &*($% still had the ***** to ask what would be a good time tommorrow. I explained our phone policy as is written on the board beside our phone. Then I politely told him not to call this number a***n - that I was not a secretary or anything linke someone who keeps tracks of phone calls and what they are for. Then I politele told him goodby andd ***g up the phone. My phone number has been on the "Do Not Call" List for over a year.

These s***bags call all throughout the day, night, weekends, Sundays, holidays regardless of the hour of day, and I get 5-7 calls a day. I tried to answer and no matter what you tell them or they tell you they will call. They have said they are not "subject to" the telemarketing laws because they are calling form outside the USA.

I have been getting these calls for a few weeks a***n...no one on the line...how do we stop this..they call about 6 to 8 times a day at all times.

It's Capital One.  I am up to date on my payments, so don't know why they're calling 4-5 times a day!  So, I searched online and learned how to block their number from calling my cell phone (Verizon) and my home phone (Comcast).  Just to be sure I wasn't ****ing smoke, I went through all of my Capital One bills for 2010........they were all PAID and on time, some even earlier, for the requested amount or more.  And the credit card expired in 2008.  So there is no reason for them to harass me.  If you DO happen to pick up the phone when they call, first thing you say is:  "This call is being recorded for evidence purposes."  They will tell you they're not allowed to talk to anyone who is recording the conversation.  (Ironic isn't it?)  So then you tell them, "O.K. This is the end of the conversation then"

This is Allied Interstate/CitiBank....I had to call them back as they did not answer when I picked up the call.  I told the person on the other end that they had the wrong person as we go thru this about every 6 months.  There is another guy out there somewhere with the same name as my husband.  I had to verify his birth year (I wouldn't give them anything else) and asked them to remove us from their list or I would report them.  He****ured me it would take 72 hours to take effect.  Have received 3 calls since talking to them, all with no one asnwering my pickup.  This could be considered harassment.

I told them that I was going to file a complaint with the national do not call people and they told me they would take me off there list when I asked who is calling they said captial one services and I said credit card and they said captial one services????*** is that anyway they have called at all hours of the morning day and night and have woken my daughter twice!!!!so needless to say I'm ****ed and the keep on calling.
