Leave a CommentI got a call this afternoon. I was told that my number was given as a POC for my parents and would I give them a message. I asked when my number was given, I was told Jan 2009, funny, considering I had only received my number in August 2009. The man was Ken Chambers, very rude. I spoke with a Ms. Williams, who had me talk with a Mary Scicero. They said they were Capital Management Company. I was cursed out, yelled at, and eventually ***g up on. I was told I ask too many questions. Ironic, wouldn't you say?? When I asked why they needed contact information about my parents, I was told it was a personal matter.I called my parents and asked them about this company, they never heard of them.My questions is..How did they get my number and ask for my parents by name?
This people call ed my aging parents asking them for their social security number then prceeded to say, they already had other information including where they lived.
Capital Management Services. Collection Agency. Typical bottom feeders. Request information on so called debt in WRITING. NEVER discuss ANYTHING over the phone. NEVER GIVE OUT SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, BIRTH DATES OR ANY BANKING INFORMATION!!!
