Received an inordinate amount of calls from the Alzheimer's****ociation spanning several months and literally over a ***dred calls or more. Lost count months ago. They don't give up. Currently I have 20****ociated phone numbers blocked (my limit) on my phone. I did research and found this email address where you can write to get yourself removed from the list: [email protected]. I also found this information on another internet post:If you would like to remove your name from the call list, please call the****ociation's Contact Center which is open 24/7 to serve you at (800) 272-3900.I did call to tell them it was disgraceful for an organization, supposedly doing good, to spam people with unending phone calls. They are worse than any other telemarketer I have ever encountered and will never see a penny of my money in donation. I called the number and they said it would take 30 to 60 days to get my number removed from the list. Seriously????? They wanted my address.....seriously?????????? You got to be kidding.Would love to take this to another level as it appears many, many people are being harassed with phone calls and many other people are just as angry, if not more. Any suggestions??? Report to newspaper or Congressmen?? This is inexcusable.
1. Go to their site and find contact info, usually an email addy. Public Relationstel: 312.335.4078 e-mail: [email protected]. Send them an email that states "I will not donate to any organization that uses call centers to raise monies for anything."If enough people do this they will have to stop this nonsense of calling over and over. After all, even with the money they get, they have to pay the phone company so****ing or do they (phone company) donate their services and the consumer picks up the tab thru higher cost.

Got a call from 877-213-1826 this morning, Sa****ay 6 Nov at 8:56 am EST. I did not pick up when I saw that the Caller ID said "Unavailable".
One of many 877 866 888 calls from 8a.m. to 11 pm which we receive daily, several times a day. We are on a no call list.
This isn't the only ph. # these calls come from, but this is the most frequent one. They call every other day, don't leave a message, nothing on caller i. d. Sunday afternoon, before 9 a.m., all times of the day - it's not right and someone needs to tell these ****s to stop!
They called today at 11:26AM & as with all, it was a ****up. Hugh, it is NOT so, but I understand your feelings. Their hands are tied as far as non-profits. They can keep the sellers away from you but that's about it. Thank the good old USA & political correctness. Belle, good idea to post on several sites. I called and it was the Alzheimer****ociation. They offer automatic removal from the call list. They have up to 30 days to do it but they would try to do it in the next 2 or 3 days. A guy on another sight said "Maybe they forgot to remove it!" If this turns out to be the case, then I will take the time to write the Alzheimer's****ociation's NATIONAL HQ address & state this is why I can no longer support them. As long as I receive unwanted calls the will be NO donations. If many of us would follow suit, telling them no more donations, AS WELL AS guaranteed "bad mouth", perhaps they will think twice. Times are hard and they all need dough.Surprisingly, it is US, the little guy with intelligence, who can make a c****e.
This caller calls at least 4 times a week, always ****ing up when my voice is heard. I would really like to know who this is. NEVER is a message.
The sad thing is that our numerous do-not-call agencies, both State and Federal, don't really care. Our Texas Public Utility Commission, our responsible(?) agency, does absolutely nothing about complaints.
