I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT IF YOU HAVE A SAMSUNG GALAXY 4 (WHICH I HAVE) YOU CAN PLACE UNWANTED CALLS ON A REJECT CALL LIST ONCE YOU RECIEVE AN UNWANTED CALL. ONCE ON THE REJECT CALL LIST ON YOUR PHONE, THEY CAN STILL CALL YOUR PHONE BUT IT WON'T RING TO ANNOY YOU, IT WILL JUST SHOW THAT YOU RECIEVED A MISSED CALL. TRY THIS, IT WORKED FOR ME, IT WAS A GOD SENT. INSTRUCTIONS: ONCE YOU RECIEVE AN UNWANTED CALL, PRESS THE SCREEN AND A DROP DOWN SHOULD APPEAR AND IT SHOULD HAVE A LINE THAT SAYS ADD TO REJECT LIST, PRESS THIS, AND THE NUMBER WILL BE PLACED ON A CALL REJECT LIST FOR YOUR PHONE. HOPE THIS HELPS
it is illegal for them to call that many times within the same day. you should contact your local Attonery General's office and find out your collection rights in your state. There are things they cannot do. Each state is different. Hope this helps.

never leaves messages... called several times over the last few days.
*** they are annoying. I don't pick up 800 or unknown numbers. They won't stop calling. I hat to block them.
I have recvd over 200 calls from this # in the last 30 days. They never lm and they call up to 6-7 times a day.
Left a voicemail that was only a recording, didn't say who they were or what they wanted. Very obnoxious.
