Recorded message keeps calling for a Max Keller, at all hours of the day and night. Cease and Desist!!

I had a phone call at my home phone, from a Van Ru Credit Corporation. They do not leave any details when the answering ma****es picks up. I do not think that they are a legitimate company.

Debt collector call to wrong number. Both "Hase" and his supervisor "Josh Aces" were rude and unprofessional as well as called the wrong person.

I use to get these calls, now they are calling for my wife.  We don't have any past debt.  I'm hesitant to call them back as it may make things worse.

representative called asking for my mom stating that he had a personal matter to discuss with her she didn't understand what he wanted so she told him you can talk to my daughter and give her information and then he ****ed up. I decided to call back he answered the phone and i explained that someone had called he knew it was me the daughter and still wanted to ask my mother for the last four digits of her social that he had to speak to her it was a***nst the law to talk with anyone other then my mother she asked him what is this in regards too, he said Dan corporation and asked a***n for the last four digits of her social when my mom denied the numbers he ***g up on her

i get calls from this number all the time. i do not knoe who this is; they will not leave a message or answer the phone when i call. i have ID and i call them back. what can i do about this phone number. 1877-237-1836

shows up as 800 service on cid. when i answered, no one was there or ***g up.

These people (Van Ru Credit Corporation) keep calling for a Mr. Robert Upshaw who owes them money. My cell phone is owned by my company and I use it for business calls only. They keep insisting that it is Mr. Upshaw's landline. They have called just about everyday for the past 4 years. I used to ignore the calls, but now they leave messages for this man. And when I pick up the phone, they **** up on me. I have e-mailed their corporate headquarters, but have received no response. I am going to continue to e-mail them each time I receive a phone call from their company. And maybe I will s**** forwarding my junk e-mail to them, since they keep calling me with junk that has nothing to do with me or anyone I know.

automated call 1 a day for 3 days.call my credit monitoring agency to check if i had any dings on my credit before i called the number back.called the number they were looking for person with my name.problem was wrong city and state.these guys are the type that call many to get 1 to pay. DO NOT GIVE them any info other than your name and phone number.if u don,t owe money i suggest contacting a lawyer because these guys wont stop.

I received a call very early on Sa****ay morning. The recorded voice instructed me to disconnect if I was not the person Jose Bano.(?). I disconnected. Two hours later a call from the same number, but no one was there. I called and asked to be removed from the list.

Talked to a very rude lady. She would not give me the mailing address so that I could write them to stop calling me. This is a bill credit card bill that was dismissed through the court when they tryed to sew me.I have never spoken to anyone that rude in all my life.

They called my work number which is non-published and only people that work for the company are to recieve calls on that line...thay called 3 times when i had called back the 2nd time i STRONGLY advz them to remove number from there system. He was rude and tryed to be-little me. Also when they call on my cell phone and i answer they always disconnect!

This company continues to call me, once saying they were Chrysler credit and I owed money and the next time calling themselves Van Ru credit and it was regarding a credit file of mine they had in their office. I have no credit problems but I'm going to check a***n just to make sure this bunch aren't opening credit in my name. I wish they would just listen when I say to F**k off and stop calling me.

they have been informed of a mutual clients situation but keep calling and ****ing up instead of speaking. When I have time I will call and **** up on them so they can see how annoying it is!

I s****ed getting FAR fewer calls when I would just answer without saying anything. Just let them sit there, and then **** up. They're less likely to call back if they haven't been able to leave a message. At one point, I blasted some Michael Jackson in the phone. Say absolutely nothing to them. Just ***** with them, or give them silence. It works!

I am so sick of these people calling. They are looking for someone who doesn't live at my address, but yet they keep calling. They are calling every 30 to 60 minutes, even on weekends.

Who ever this is,calls every day, all day long. They call saying that they are trying to collect a debt-but I don't owe a debt that a collector would call about. I tried to talk to them once, but there was no reasoning. My ex-wife owes for a car, but I'am not my ex-wife!

I'm on about a three week cycle for the last 9 weeks.  Call several times for a couple of days then it stops.  When I answer I get the Mrs. Can't Understand or nothing at all.  Call backs just get me lots of ringing.  Real pain in the a**.  Just got one, and I was in the middle of a 3 page calculus problem.  Talk about a distraction.

Got a call today from this number, when I asked who was calling because I did not recognize the number, she gave me her name as Mrs. (so****ing I can’t spell), but would not give me the company name when I asked, without me identifying myself first. They call on my line number and my cell number, everyday.  Wake me up in the mornings and in middle of my meals.  They are a scam, akin to vultures.  These type of prefix phone number should be made illegal and the phone companies issuing them should be fined by the Feds; and any so-called collections should not ever be allowed via phone but only via U.S. mail so as to substantiate the collector, the debt, the debt holder, etc.  All this should be law and right away since the system is so full of unethical and unprofessional people that appear to be proliferating as I type.

this is a debt collector...i just got a new phone and this is apparently for w***ver had my number before me. they leave a computer generated message which  was very difficult to understand, so i didn't get the name of the company

I have s****ed to a***n get calls from 877-237-1836.I don't answer anon. calls and when the answering ma****e picks up there is no message left. I am  on the do not call list and have reported it, for what its worth.

They have called my wives phone claiming to be a collection agency from WaMu and been very rude on the phone... have yet to call my number... when i called them back the first time they ***g up... I called from an unlisted number and the guy answered WaMu no name when i asked why this number was on my caller id he read off the number i was calling from and stated its not in the system and demanded the number they called me on... Currently working through WaMu to get to the bottom but at least on person i have talked to says he doesnt think there affiliated with them
