For 10 days straight, 2-3 times a day, they have called for our son. We have refused to give them information, but still they call. It is to the point where we consider it harassing behavior. How do we make them stop and what does it mean they are "bill collectors?"
I called them back finally and they said that they didn't know why they were calling me and they said they would stop calling.

They have been calling me too. For a while, I just disregarded the calls because I couldn't even understand what the person was saying in the voicemail. It was spoken with a VERY" strong foreign accent. I don't know how to make them stop calling me though. It's very annoying.
This outfit has called me repeatedly as (513) 878-4951. That's the number that came on my phone today. This time, however, the "caller" left a message for the first time. The message said to call back at (877) 239-7495.
I put their # as call forward back to them, it must have confussed them, tghe calls stopped
It is called Genpact Services, LLC, a debt collector. They are located in India, where all the calls are made.
