I love how they call and never leave a voicemail

This number calls and doesn't leave a voicemail. Weird...

ugh... they call me every Tuesday so tired of it  too....

It is definitely CPI Security Systems. The telemarketing call is automated, and often it takes time for a real person to come on-line. That explains the dead air when you answer the call. What I did was call CPI's customer service at: (800) 948-7133, press the number for customer service ( which I believe was 3. Listen to the recording) and told them to take me off their call list. The gentleman (Jerry) apologized and promised to do that, saying it would take 24 hours.I also told them that as a result of their tactics, I will SPECIFICALLY NOT USE CPI for home securit****iots!

Found a SOlution! Call back and press *228, you will get a live person and tell them to remove you from the list and place you on the DO NOT CALL list!

Our client at a bank location is getting these calls also, it is the main number of the ***nch, this needs to stop or legal action will need to occur.

I s****ed receiving calls from this number last week on my cell phone. I never answer it because  I didn't recognize the number. I figured if its important enough, they will leave a message but they never did. They've continued to call since last week. Its getting annoying. If anyone know of a way to stop them, please let me know, Thanks.

Called from this number at 9pm, ridiculous.  have no idea who they are.

Same # just called here, we are on donotcall. Silence after I said*****o but after I YELLED*****o I got the guy saying it was security etc. free demo etc. which I immediately thought oh so you call people who have no home security and they let you into their house so you can scope it for possible burglary while you pretend to demo an alarm system. No thanks.

They call repeatedly; will not leave a message on voice mail; when I answer, there is never anyone there.I am on the National Do No Call Registry.  Obviously, it really doesn't do anything to prevent **** calls.  Telemarketer?  Prank?  Annoying!

I have s****ed getting calls from this number all times of the day and night and never a person on the other side. Very annoying!

The same thing happens to me daily. 877-240-2145 call and when I answer no one is there. When I call the number back there is a recording saying the number is temp. unavailable. Ive had enough..

877-240-2145 = (877) 240 2145 - called on February 8, 2010 at 8:38 PM as "TOLLFREE NUMBER" and kept completely silent, no response, no one spoke on the other end of the line, but when I called them back, the recorded female voice says "You have dialed is temporarily unavailable, please check the number and dial later". What's the point of such calls? Annoyance which has some kind of purpose. There is not even a way to reach them to remove my phone number from their calling list, so I consider such practice criminal and will report to authorities.

8772402145 calls me and says nothing my son answers by mistake and they say their from cpi security ... this ****s and i want this to stop NOW you are hackers and it is obivious... you called several months ago and spoke with my significant other and he had no idea what you were talking about leave us alone you have bothered us long enough...truth be know your the reason why our 3 computers crashed around christmas time....
