This number called me and would not tell me why they were calling until I confirmed that they were speaking with the right person. After I kept asking why they were calling and what company they were calling from they began saying my personal information such as my address, full name and birthdate. I ***g up because I didn’t know who they were or how they could have even gotten my personal information.

Lady left a message that she was calling from Receivable Solutions, a debt collection agency, and to call back to 877-249-2168. Immediately suspected a scam.

Say they are Valerity. Actually cussed me when I said I had no idea what they were talking about. They ***g ul. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor. He got extremely hateful and called me a liar. I asked if they recorded calls and he said yes. I asked him to okay back call so he could hear it and he**** even more irrational and said he doesn't believe his employees would act like that. I am going to try and block this number and try to report them.

these people are classic frauds attempting to obtain your iden***y by having just enough info about you to scare you into believing they have and know everything about you. They dont, so dont cooperate with them and just **** up and laugh as you do! the missouri attorney generals office has been notified of their di****able tactics and soon to be investigated!

This is harrassing, but how do you fill out a report of harrassment when you don't ever get to talk to the people.  I agree that if they don't tell me who they are when they a are calling me, then why should I give out ANY of my information.  Many companies have begun to withold who they are without your personal information.  Excuse me???  Didn't YOU call ME???  I have the right to use my phone how I choose to, and I don't choose to be harrassed by these so-called collection agencies.  Working on your debt is one thing, but explain who you are and why you are calling me before you ask for my info.  If the company wants me to pay my bill or get some type of plan to pay my bill, then they shouldn't be ****ing up as soon as I pick up the phone.  How rediculous!!!

my wife keeps getting a call from this number but they wont say anything. how ****** is that, who just calls someone and doesnt even respond like 2 times a day.  someone needs to go after these idiots.  my wife has been a patient at st. johns so im wondering if there is so****ing to the fact that this is a company that st. johns sells there unpaid patient bills to.

Sick of the Harrassment from these callers...I don't know how they got my number to begin with and I sure as heck don't want them calling me!  They aren't even asking for me or my husband and I've had this phone number for over 2 years(the calls just s****ed about 2 months ago) They call 3-4 times a day and won't even tell me who they are!  They ask for some foreign name that I can't even begin to*****ouce much less spell or maybe I just can't understand the person talking!   I'm so furious right now because they **** up on me everytime they call.  This was the first time that I got someone to speak usually their is ***ody on the other end when I do answer!  I am so angry right now I don't even know what to think! I asked to speak to the supervisor because I didn't want to talk to her as I just wanted them to quit calling my phone number and they won't and she wouldn't let me speak to her supervisor because the matter wasn't even regarding me and she couldn't talk to me about that other persons personal matter.  I told her that I don't care about the other person or their personal matter but they had to stop calling my phone number and I was on a do not call list and if she didnt' let me talk to a supervisor to get my number removed from thier call list I would sue them for harrassment....I know that doesn't do any good and I know they don't care but they really should listen to people when they say they do not know the people and to stop calling!!! Like I said they call several times a day and I'm just sick of the phone ringing and it always being that ****!

I have had muliple calls from this phone number as well asking for someone that doesn't even live in my home!  I can't get them to stop calling and they refuse to let me talk to a supervisor and get my phone number removed from their calling lists!  I don't care what kind of personal matter they have with the person they are calling I just want them to stop calling me!  Thank you for the information about them...had no idea that people in call centers were allowed to talk to people they way they have to me and my husband!  This is absolutly crazy!  I think I'll notify them they can be sued for harrassment the next time they call my home!

The Bozos called me tonight during a tor***o warning.  They would not tell me what they were... only the name Valerity and that they needed to verify my birthday before they could tell me anything.  I told them I wasn't giving out personal info over the phone unless I knew who they were and what they wanted.  They told me that they needed to talk to me about "personal busines."  I told them I didn't know who they were, that I never heard of them, and I had no "personal business" to discuss with them and ***g up.  I came online and looked up the name.  I have never been to St. John's, and have only been to MO, twice.  Once for a wedding and once to ***nson.  So I have to imagine that they are just trying to get personal info for whatever reason.  These people need to stop harassing people for no reason.

I got  call from the 877-249-2168 number but when I asked what they wanted, they said it was about some personal business in Missouri.  Since I had no personal business involvement that I knew of if Missouri, I told them so. They then wanted my birthdate and other information to "verify" they were talking to the "right" person, at which point I told them that I had no business dealings with any Missouri companies that I knew of and then the guy got kind of testy then ***g up.

"'valarity llc" a Collection company.. Very rude people and will also give out info they should not give out... It is a bill collector tied to St. John's Health Systems.  Does not identify itself on the caller ID - comes up as "Unknown".

Caller asked for my daughter,  I asked what it was in ref. to and they refused to talk to me.  Would not give me the name of company or any other info until my daughters personal info was verified.  My daughter talked to the woman, who by the way already had her info.  My daughter did not verify any info. and tried to get info from the company, but the woman would not give her any.  We ***g up on them!  I called the number back and talked to "Paul"  who by the way was a real ****, and I ended ****ing up on him!
