"Convergent Outsourcing" asking me information about my paypal account. I didn't give them any information and told them not to call back and the guy said "okay". sounds like it was going the route of February 17th 2016 post here. Scam for sure.

I see a lot of these comments are older but I just received a call from this number today saying they were from "Convergent Outsourcing". The girl confirmed my name and email address then asked for my SS# which I refused to give her. She said that I owed PayPay $5000 ~ which I know I don't! Told her that since she had my email address - she needed to email proof of this alleged debt! I was so annoyed because they called me in work that I waited 15 minutes and when I didn't get an email - I called back, said I never got an email regarding this alleged debt and wanted to speak with a supervisor. I was then ***gup on.

I s****ed receiving calls from this number as soon as I purchased a new cell phone and signed up with Sprint.  These are robocalls generated through T-Mobile's payment department.  I finally called them and apparently they were trying to reach someone named "Zeuss" who previously had a T-Mobile account.  Unfortunately I inherited his old cell phone number.  The T-Mobile customer service rep was very nice and told me this happens all the time as cell phone numbers are recycled.  They took me off the call list.  Hopefully I will not receive any more calls from them.

I got a call from this number about a T-Mobile account. I don't even have T-Moblie as my cellular provider....

I got a call from 1-877-268-5402 shows as unavailable. No message. I called back. It was collections for T-mobile. Wrong number as I don't have T-mobile. Very polite representative said she would remove my number.

These s***bags are T-Mobile. Call them back and tell them EXACTLY what you think of them bothering you

my experience is the same as everyone else. id says e r solutions at 425-562-3215   asking for call back at 877-268-5402.  i tried it and each time got message saying they were busy and to hold.  after a bit, disconnected.  wondering what their purpose is.....to collect "live" numbers as in email scam collecting live emails?

I've been getting a message on my cell phone from this group asking me to call back but not identifying the company. I've called outside of normal business hours hoping they would identify themselves on their answering system, but no such luck. Obviously scammers. If they're posing as a collection agency they won't be getting anywhere with us -- we have never been behind on any bills and have a perfect credit history. A***n, folks, scammers. Ignore them.

This is ER Solutions which is a debt collection agency.  The problem with this company is that even if you send them money they don't give it to the original collector.  Bottom feeders is what this company is referred to a lot.  Don't pay them!!! I did and it was a hard $2000 lesson learned.

Someone called from this number and left the following voice message:"Message intended to [pause] (my full name). My name is John Johnson. I'm with the International Treasury Department. Please do give us a call at our corporate office. That's 1-876-869-0863 or 585-300-6291. Thank you. Buh-bye."The message sounded rehe****d. I was worried due to the fact that I just filed my taxes and the caller claimed to be the "International Treasury Department." But after reading everyone else's posts, I realized this is a SCAM.

(877) 268-5402 leaves a message on my MagicJack number! This is a number I have never given out to anyone! I have made a total of 20 calls on the thing and now I'm getting calls from them asking for a callback. Of couse, like all others entering their complaints the results are the same - the call disco's after a short hold time!

The message I got says "text us at 1-877-268-5402. Our hours are 11:30 to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Called number back. It was a debt collector for T-Mobile. Gave them my number and they asked me if I was the person they were looking for. I told them no and they removed me from their list (or at least so they said)

I am getting the exact same calls...keep calling me and giving me a different number to call back and when I do I get the "all operators are busy" line as well..I have left a message telling them that I have no TMobile account and to stop calling me...we'll see if that works.

Not too sure who this company is. I have T-Mobile service but my account has never been delinquent. And in the past 7 years I've had service with them, they never call me. If they are selling so****ing they usually just slip a flyer in with the bill. This is obviously some sort of fake company. Even if they were a debt collection agency, it is illegal to pretend that they are someone else. The phone number is 1-425-562-3215 but the voicemail leaves the call back number as 1-877-268-5402.

These people are from Tmobile flex pay department and they called me looking for the individual that had my phone number previously. They did not ask for any of my information and marked my phone number bad so they would not call a***n asking for that person.

Just received a recorded phone call from 877-268-5402.  This is a business and we dont have any service with T Mobile, either personal or business.Why are they calling us?  we have signed up on the no call list.Please have this number removed and DONT CALL A***N!

I was called by 425 number. They told me it was Tmobile and to call 877-268-5402. I didn't call back, but looked up the number and sure enough, there are complaints about it. I heard that if you are called by this kind of thing, to push the * ****on multiple times and it will confuse the system that is calling you. It's worth a try I guess.

A nice-sounding female robotic voice just keeps leaving this number on my cell phone voice-mail for me to call them back during working hours. There is no mention of the company, a reason for the call or any personal message for me. I know it's not a collection agency or a creditor. Seems like telemarketing to me. Aren't cell phones exempt from that without even being on the do not call list if they have no relationship with caller? I generally file a formal complaint with both the Federal Trade Commission (ftc.gov) and the FCC (fcc.gov) if I get a caller like this that persists many times. In the past that seems to have stopped it within a couple of weeks. I'd encourage you to do that. It doesn't take long at all to fill out the short form online.

T Mobile USA calling my ATT Wireless Cell Number when my number is on the NO CALL REGISTRY! This is running up my minutes by them leaving a recorded message on my cell v-mail!

Phantom business with recording indicating that all agents are busy. Called them back three times and was ***g up on with in 20 seconds each time. At not point is a buisiness name mentione or purpose for there call. The continue to call and fill up my voicemail. Its like spam email but worse.

Received a call voice mail with no identifying information to call them back at a different number.  Call ed back and got a recording that all operators are busy.  No Identifying info on the recording.  After 22 seconds (on the three times I've called back) I get ***g up on.

This place is continually filling up my voicemail.  Only three times have I actually gotten thru to them to tell them my number has never been TMobile and I do not know the Jordan Bayliff or Bayless they keep asking for.  Three times they asked for an account number I obviously don't have before three times PROMISING to put our number on their no call list.  The calls continue.I have called the numbers from my incoming call log AND the numbers they leave for me.  Today they either don't answer or they answer and **** up.  What a cheesy business.

I have also received the same message above, asking me to call 1 877 268 5402.  Originating number is:  425-562-3215  Is this legitimage?

I have receved two calls from this automated system, but when they call me they say they are calling about a T-Moble Wireless phone.  The message says to call 1-877-268-5402.

Automated system...'This is Samantha with verizon Wireless please we need to speak with you about your account please call 877-268-5402 M-F between 11:30 am and 8:30 pm PST. Thank you goodbye"
