Leave a CommentA letter arrived in the mail with my email address saying my passcode was updated. I could not log into my email, so I called the number on the letter. They s****ed asking questions I did not feel comfortable answering. I ***g up and called the AT&T number on my phone bill. They confirmed no letter was sent out to me and the number I called on the letter was not one of there numbers.

Dear valued customer: To protect your security and privacy, before we can send ANY important account notifications to this email address, we need to ensure this is you. It takes just a second If this is the email address where we should contact you regarding your account ending in 9489, please click here to confirm your email address. Your security is important to us. If you received this message by mistake, call us at 877.273.2728. Thanks for choosing us, AT&T
Received an email from supposedly AT&T that I had opened a business account. I have not. For any questions it asked me to call 877.273.2728 I did not after going to my AT&T accounts.
