Would learning how to spell be too much to ask of people? Perhaps then you wouldn't automatically be filed into the "idiot" category?
Its so funny reading every one complain about a phone call. Is every ones life really that low that you guys have to complain about little things in life and just to prove my point if you see the # call you and they never pick up y answer the next time they call? Its your ignorant that wanted to pick up the call over and over a***n and if they call you 20 to 30 times who cares don’t pick up and let it ring or put your phone on vi***te. This company have nothing better to do then call for client experience and see if you are satisfied with all offer, keep in mind this calls will keep on going even if your with a different provider (ROGERS – BELL – FIDO – TELUS) there are benefits on this company calling every time and that is to make sure that all our phone is still working and it rings. But in reality this calls do help out, there our times when I just don’t have time to go to a store and do what I have to do and it so happen that they do call in and can take my questions or any concern regarding any problem I might have.
criminal operation foresure.
They called me 3 times and ****ing up after 2 rings. When they s**** calling they don't seem to give up until they get you phoning them back. I don't know what Telus is getting from using this practice. They are not getting good business this way.
I'd be willing to bet good money that "Chris" who posted on Nov 8th 2008 is on Telus' payroll.I got a call from this number. Didn't bother answering and I'm glad I didn't.
they called me 12 times yes****ay while i was at work. TWELVE TIMES!! just the extra push i needed to leave telus when my contract is up.

Here's an idea. If they call don't answer and don't call them back. ever.

i received a call from 877-279-3100 and it was not on my contact lists so i didnot answer it i just wanna find out who was calling me
They called me a couple times and I didn't answer. Finally answered the call today. They just reminded me that my contract was coming up for renewal in Jan. and that there were already offers available if I renew it. They didn't push the renewal at all, and then said that they were also calling just to review my services to make sure that my plan was the best suited for me.Upon reviewing my previous bills, they gave me a tax messaging backage that will end up saving me on average about $10 a month on texting (2500 texts for $7, rather than the 250 texts for $5 plan I was on) and they also gave me 25 free long distance minutes each month as well, becuase she noticed that I use a little bit of long distance and it's cost me $30 the odd time, but for the most part I don't use long distance enough to add a long distance plan, so they just gave me free minutes.I also asked about my options for rate and data plans when I renew (I'm looking at getting a blackberry instead of a phone this time around) and had explained what I was looking to do and she had shown me that by setting it up a little different than I was going to do it would save me around $15 a month (keep my rate plan and go with the 2nd best data plan. The only difference would be that I would only have 2500 outgoing texts rather than unlimited...2500 is more than enough for me). They also called my mom a few days ago and she got a bunch of free incoming minutes and free long distance minutes as well and her phone isn't up for renewal for another year or so.If these guys call you, take the call...it will save you money. I would****ume they are going for the "Happy client is a loyal client" thing.
I had them calling me on an 866 number and ****ing up when I answered, or only ringing twice and ****ing up and I phoned the number back and yelled at them and told them to put a note on my file to stop calling, that was going on for a least a month, I finally spoke to a person from the 866 number last week, they were in fact trying to sell me so****ing. Today I got a call from 877-279-3100 and guess what, they ***g up. Time to make a phone call to their call center, these guys are really making me mad.
They called and didn't said a word...
Usually when your contract is about to expire, they'll s**** ringing to make sure they fine a way to keep you. That is if they actually talk to you when you answer. It's an auto-dialer that will pass off to an agent after you answer, and say*****o five times, if you don't **** up by then
stop phoning me!!!!
This is the contact number for Telus Mobility's client loyalty team. They often call shortly after having their automated system call you and tell you that because of your current use patterns, you would be better off swit****g rate plans or adjusting your current one. They also call back from that number regarding customer satisfaction issues.
I don't know who who they are, but they have a way of calling with out your voicemail answering.......it just kept ringing & ringing.
