They have called my mother and fiancee with the same threats. My mother is older and very receptive to possible scams and this makes me nervous. Total total scam!

This supposed Law Firm called several times. She knew my first & last name & called my sister personal cell # with my info. I'm squeaky clean - no cc bills, paid off car, high credit score-- I'm doing deductive reasoning as to how they could of obtain my personal & emergency contact info so I can file a real complaint. V/M: "...I'm contacting you regarding a complaint being filed a***nst you"

said they had important do***ents for me to be delivered from a law office and needed to call 877-287-6896 to schedule a delivery time. When I didn't call them they called back I told them I was on to them and knew it was a scam they tried to deny it but haven't heard back from them since. Do not give them any info.

I was checking my message and they said they might file a complaint to the court, so I had to get back asap. Am a straight and narrow guy so I thought either this is so****ing or most likely it's a scam, glad I found this site lol

Called threatening to sue. Asked me for payment. Ridiculous! Don't give them any info!

They called and said that they are a litigation company however they say that there is a complaint but do not give you information

Left a message from an unknown "Firm" saying a complaint has been made and if you don't respond then they'll move forward with the charges, point is she called several people asking for the same person.

Called my in-laws stating they has a claim a***nst them and a response was needed ASAP.

Called at 6:55am saying a law firm with this #877-287-6896 has made a complaint a***nst me. For BOA. Apparently I opened an account in 2007 and civil suit is being filed for the amount of $1,545.00 for fraud and $600 for a breach of contract. I called BOA and no reference was made of what they were indicating, also they apparently tried to serve me also. How ****** do they think people are.

Left message saying a complaint has been filed . My local police dept has the voicemail they left me..

It's a scam, people. No government agency will cold call people. They will always send mail or have someone serve you in person. They will never use a phone to reach you. Remember, scammers will always use fear and intimidation to get you to send money to them. Don't do it.

They just left a message saying the call proves he has been informed. However, that person is unknown to me.
