called and said he received a order to give me a summons for bad checks i have written.Funny thing is I dont write checks to random places only to people or busnesses I do busness with. Gave me a case number and a phone number to call and verifi with him . Also told me I have been served,to the best of my knowledge is you are to be served with papers in person by a legal server or service company and not over the phone.
Threatened with a civil and criminal lawsuit but refused to forward paperwork regarding supposed debt.
