Claims I am being served for a civil matter. Need to call and give a file # Called my hr dept and said I was going to be served at work also. Been going on for a few years on and off
Called claiming they were a service processor to serve lawsuit papers on a credit card debt that was "abandoned" in 2009. The supposed credit card company was Washington Mutual. We never had deals with them.
Claimed I was going to be served papers within two hours and needed to verify address.
Claimed my husband was going to be served papers and needed to verify address. Left voice mail with phone number and "case number" on his phone. Woman with American accent named "Nicole Rodriguez".
