Yes SuddenLink. Worse customer service i have ever experienced. I emailed them twice to cut it off. Told me i had to take their equipment to a center n turn it in. No, they can come pick it up. I work for a living! They left the service on for 2 more months, let the bill add up then finally cut it off. Really? That's money that will never be paid. I was paid up wen i sent the first email. I think I might charge them for storage fees. Not coming n picking up their equipment wen I told them to. Also need to charge them a disconnection fee. I had to disconnect it!
This is NOT SPAM I called the number back. This is SuddenLink. The calls are to remind us before they disconnect we who have let the payment date slip by without paying! I am grateful for the call rather than cutting my cable off and then calling.
