Leave a CommentThey call and ask for verification of personal data (mailing address, postal code, etc), but refuse to say who they are, who they represent, or what matter they are calling about. They only say "it's regarding a personal business matter that we'll divulge after you confirm your identification".

i to am getting these calls and they r asking for someone that dont even live here and I ask them to stop calling,well they call every day still ,maybe they dont understand ENGLI*****
Received a call today for my husband, saying it was an important and confidential matter - but the man on the phone did not want to say on behalf of what company. I did manage to pry out that he was calling from Markham. After I told him that if he didn't identify the company, I wouldn't give my husband his message, he said it was from Rogers.
This company has been bothering me with calls and text messages to my cell phone. I am on the "do not call list", yet those people keep bothering me. I did call that number to ask them to stop, but they leave me on the phone for practically 20 minutes, then **** up. I am sick and tired of them and want them to stop.
This is a collection agency used by Solo Mobile (a Bell company). I switched from Solo Mobile to Bell Mobility back in November and every time I tried to contact them about my outstanding account I would be transfered over to Bell. I guessed that they had transfered my balance over to Bell (since the are the SAME COMPANY), but no. They instead just moved it to a collection agency...and these guys are now calling me 5 Days after I paid the bill. Currently I am on hold waiting of an 'operator' as I have called them back. The ask you to give them financial info over the phone (ie bank account, etc) which I thought was hinky. I paid the bill at Ca***a Trust (not my bank) so that there was a paper trail.
Got a voice mail saying that I may have equipment that needs to be returned. Did't leave a company name or anything.
I called back and got Global Credit? Who the heck is that?
Just called now...didn't answer...LOL
Me too. Don't know who it's from though.
This number has called my home several times.
