Credit card acceptance
Complete scam artists. This is Federated Payment Systems (US/CDA) or MCI (CDA) claiming to be credit card processors. The call constantly, are extremely rude when you do not provide them with information, actually are rude right off the hop. They try to get you to dump your current processor and use them, promising great rates, but only want to get their equipment into your place and skim numbers and pins. Over charge above contract to boot. They are CRIMINALS - if they call you, run far, far away!

I had the same problem, I just called them and asked to have my number removed, we'll see what happens...
They called today asking for a person that doesn't work here I told them nicely there was no such person here then he called me a B**H and told me I would get fired if I dare **** up on them. :(
They won't stop calling - last caller was really rude and ***g up on me when I asked him who they were and if it was a sales call. Really disruptive to our business.
If you do a google search you will find tons of unhappy customers of these scammers. Perhaps we should all call Mr. Scott Avery - Senior Vice President of Sales or Mr. Scott Glazer ([email protected]) as he's calling himself these days. Please be sure to let him know how you really feel about his company. Don't hold back. His New York Cell number is: 516-807-3937. I'm going to look into forwarding the calls from their 877 number directly to Glazers cell through my phone system. They have s****ed a spinoff company in Ontario called MSI Ca***a. More of the same, trying to hide under different guises. They also seem to have a history of *****ing their sales reps.
I signed with Federated for a credit card ma****e and a check cashing ma****e.When I got my equipment, they promised me new equipment, but I recieved old refirbished equipment. When I tried to use my check cashing ma****e it would not work. I called to find that I needed a drivers liscense number. When I told them that was impossible for corporate people to hand out this information I was told to use my drivers liscience number, they say that sometimes it will work. The equipment is absolete it doesn't work. Be aware of this company.
wow, the lady asked fpr my SIN number, personal bank card number, last anme and birthday, I said to her that is pretty personal info that you want, what companyy are you calling from...then she just ***g upvery weird call..........
He called a***n, wanting money. They say they are with US Bancard. The information that goes back to the phone number says they are Federated Payments. Beware, they are scammers. The number he called from was 877-333-3728
They called our office today and said he was Shawn. I asked them to remove us from their calling list. He said "What calling list" I said "the one you are calling from". I asked him for a return phone number and he said "1-800-***k-You". Originally he identified himself from US Bank. Scary
call several times a week and never stop!!!!
Alright ... that's IT!!! I have a very long fuse but today they burnt it out! They've called and called my business too, for months on end. I used to politely say, No, thank you, or We're not interested, have a good day, and **** up on them. Lately, I've been begging w***ver called to remove me from their list, since I AM on the Do Not Call list. Today "Mark" called and when I asked him to take my number off their list, he ***g up! Hmmph!!! So, I called the 877-333-3728 and got their ****** menu. After pushing 0 a couple of times, a live person answered and I told her I wanted my number removed and that I was on the Do Not Call list. She said, Okay, I will make sure you do not get any more calls -- then! -- didn't even bother to ask my name, company name, or business phone number! SO, I'M REPORTING THEM. IF ALL OF YOU WILL ALSO REPORT THEM, MAYBE THEY'LL DRY UP AND **** AWAY? They must be stopped.
If you want to stop these idiots from calling please fill out an FCC Form 1088. It only takes a few minutes and if enough people do this it may stop the annoying and abandoned phone calls.
Same basic tale with same initial caller ID. Fellow that came in was about 5'6" nice casual attire, seemingly knowledgeable and friendly. Goes by the name of Tom LaBarbera. ASK HIM FOR A BUSINESS CARD. He had to HANDWRITE in his name and he added phone number: 314-337-4185, also HANDWRITTEN. This card identifies him as an account executive (write in). This card is for Federated Payments (America's Payment Solution Company) with address of 2 ***tington Quad3rd Floor North WingMelville, NY 11747Phone (800)217-8711Fax (631) 270-7472Personally, I'm content with my current provider.
We just s****ed receiving these calls also. Obviousely they don't respond to requests to be put on their "do not call" list.Fortunately we had just signed with Federated Payments as our CC clearing provider and figured immediately that they were frauds. Their fees are definitely NOT what was contracted, and they have also added additional fees that were never stated in their contract.[IMO]We have switched back to our previous provider and are filing a lawsuit a***nst this company for fraud. We cleared a substantial sum with them and their added fees are not insignificant. STAY CLEAR OF THEM.
Hold the presses! The gentleman from Federated Payments came back to finalize contract. The numbers had all c****ed. He called his boss while he was here and got some of the numbers back down, but couldn't match what he originally offered. I told him I felt very uncomfortable and would stay with the people I was using. He left, but came back ten minutes later and said his boss would match what we had. By then I could tell that it was a company that couldn't be trusted. BEWARE!
Had gentleman from company come in and speak to us. Was a credit card processing company, but had a very good offer. Was furious with current provider, so we are swit****g. Don't take first offer. They are willing to deal.
When I answered a woman asked to speak to the owner. Knowing that's a telemarketer ploy, I responded with my usual "Take our name and number off your list" and I ***g up. As I ***g up I could hear her scream "You don't even know what I want." Then a private number (Caller Id) called over and over for 30 minutes. They finally left a message that they hoped my boss would hear - "You have a real c*#t working for you... That's all I could listen to. My boss told me to call the state attorney general's office. Who are these people!!!
I'm getting regular calls from this number along with other junk calls. One ****od of avoiding these losers is to Google the number of the missed call to see what people are reporting about them on sites like this one. Then I save it on my phone under the name "DO NOT ANSWER, DO NOT ANSWER 1, DO NOT ANSWER 2..." If by chance I pickup and talk to one of these people I give them a hard time and eventually give them "my new phone number, or my second phone number" which is the number to ANOTHER telemarketer, collections agency, fake charity, business offer, etc. Let them harass each other hha! A**holes...Here is a list of contact numbers on their site....http://www.federatedpayments.com/contact.php
They called our office today and asked for the owner. Caller identified self as "Terry with federated systems".
went to website federatedpayments.com and asked to be removed from telemarketing list...we'll see.
Have asked on several occasions for them to stop calling. Called 6 times just today. Keep asking for someone we don't know. This has got to stop!!
