Leave a CommentI don't want to divulge too much information. I have worked for this company for years in springfield, mo. My employment is off and on with them, and I don't know how comfortable I am with my employment. I am thinking about what I can do in respects to the ***ual harassment and gross misconduct I witness everyday, as well as what I can do about the lies I am encouraged to tell, even if they aren't technically lies due to legal bulls**t.What laws are they breaking? Who should I contact? Does anyone have any advice or stories that they would share? I love the people I work with, but the company itself is misleading and can be harsh. Please share any information with me at avarice469 at gmail . comI don't want to risk losing this job, as it is the only thing that supports my children and I, so I really do need to be discrete. Thank you.
I got the same call about the 12 ink cartiges. I called them back and left a message stating not to send the cartidges because my company will send it right back. They never asked for a physical address either so hopefully it will not arrive and I will turn this company in to the bbb.
Got a call from this number. Lady said she had a note from her boss to call someone in the Quality lab because they have the same lab equipment and needed to talk to someone. Did not have a name of anyone in our company.... DO NOT give this person any informatio....
Caller wanted to sell me toner. Had a note left from supervisor to call me. When I asked questions, I was transferred to the credit department. DO NOT give them any information from your ma****es, as that was the first thing they ask for to rope you in. Scam all the way.
I work for a university. Got a call from these people today, wanted the model of our printer. She kept saying that there was a mix-up on their end and they just needed the model number. JUST SAY NO! This is a scam, they will send you toner and won't accept returns, and you'll be stuck with the bill. We've been dealing with these people for years. Easy way to get off the phone with them is to keep asking questions: "What was your name a***n? Where are you located? When did you last do business with us? Can I speak with your manager?" That'll scare them into ****ing up. Just don't be surprised if the scammer calls you a foul name before doing so. My coworker was called a c**t a few months ago by the same company.
This company sells off ***nd secondary market cartridges at an exhorbitant price. Whatever you do, don't say YES on the phone or they will ship you a years supply of toner. Cannot return to the company because the only address available is a PO Box Number. Customer service is only available M-Th 9-4, but no human ever answers the phone. Buyer beware - it appears that these folks are well practiced in their deceptions.
I enjoy working with this company they always give me GREAT deals on toner ctgs!No scam here.
got a call from 877 340 4797, from "Jenny Norton", says she is calling from Graphics Lab, in Springfield, Missouri. Says she has the same type of cartridges in excess stock, and will be happy to sell them to me for $96.00 or so****ing, each! Cartridge costs <$25.00 in walmart. When I told her this, she said that she made a mistake, and that the price is for 4. Quickly declined. Very sweet talking, nice mannered, fraudulent lady indeed.
got a call from someone saying they have 12 printer cartridges that they cant use and want to ship them to me because we have the same model and they do not want to send them back because they wll get a restock fee....its a scam!
