I too got a call from a payday loan litigation called Alternative Dispute Resolutions claiming I borrowed a loan from Advanced America on February 1, 2011 which I never did. So they were going to send me a summons for a loan I never borrowed and accused me for an unpaid loan as well as bad check bank fraud. This is all a scam and do not pay these people. They are frauds
