They **** up when you answer and when I called them back a woman answered and she was very rude and she also lied on me saying that I said I was the person she was looking for. The company's name is Franklin and it's an collection agency.

Called after 8:35 PM. In violation of law. No one on phone when answered. Called twice, even on Sunday. Caller ID just says, United States.
