Leave a CommentWhen they call every day and don't say anything when you answer the phone, it's a little su****ious. I'm not going to call a number back that does that to me..
It's a call center called info-vision: http://www.info-vision.com/ and Rogers, amonst others, are clients of theirs. I recently did a phone upgrade through Rogers and that's probably why they are calling. However it's still annoying......they always call while I am at work.
This number has called me every day since I upgraded my phone. Have not actually received the new phone via mail yet. I called back and spoke with someone 2 days ago, and they called me a***n today. They say they are calling to see how everything is going but waht they really want is to convince you to upgrade your monthly plan. I told them everything is fine the way it is and asked them no to call me anymore. - They call between 10 and 2, while I am at work.
I ma getting this call daily for the last few weeks
This number has been plaguing me some time. Very often, there is no voice at the other end. Today, after a long pause, a persistent voice began to interrogate me. Eventually I was told they were from Rogers Wireless. I politely told them that I would consider future calls to be harassment - but robot-like, they wouldn’t give up. I had to **** up on them, after several attempts to explain that I was not interested in talking to them.RE: 1 (877) 365-0***
Had several calls from this # (never answered)- one of them went through to voice mail and it was a recording from Roger's, as I had just upgraded to new cell they were doing a satisfaction call, and to see if I needed any help setting things up.
I just received a call from the same # and called back. It was Rogers checking in to see if I needed help with my new phone. Nice of them.
Got this call and nothing respond after I pick up the phone to answer?
Calls every day for the last 4 days on my home phone number, no answer, when I call the number back it is a Call center for Rogers Wireless, checking on my new cell phone upgrades, the person can not find any of my phone numbers in there database, and can't stop the calls. I have just upgraded to Roger Home Phone. I guess it's time to phone rogers and see if I can stop this harassment!
These people are not Rogers. They are crooks!!! They want your address and your credit card number in order to scam you. I phoned Rogers about them, and they said I should phone the police!!! They did not authorize these calls, and told me they are scam artists!!! Be forewarned>
Rogers you say? Interesting. I'm a Telus customer and have been for years. They're certainly not calling me to see how my phone is working. lol
Your tone is rather uncalled for. If there is any *****ing to be done, it would be about your unreasonable hostility towards the people on this message board who are simply looking for an answer. You must be the kind of person who honks at the car in front of them if they don't ***l off the line the second the light turns green. Perhaps there are ducks crossing the road, and (unlike yourself) the person in front of you doesn't want to run over the cute little things.I may suggest, as a New Year's Resolution, that you try to control your anger, try to find the root of it and not to be so quick to bite somebody's head off who is only turning to "you" for help - I may suggest that, but my fear of you crawling through Cyber****e, out my ethernet cable and into my kitchen to grab a knife and stab me outweighs my desire to passive-aggressively annoy you.Good luck with your temper.- Nimous
Yeah, I didn't answer ... if a Phone company cant even set up their own account with caller id -- !!
I also just got a new phone,They should set caller ID if they want to talk to us, not too bright , they should know most ppl will take it as a spammer call and ignore it
Got a new phone Dec 16th, and had been advised by Rogers rep that i would be getting a call within 2 weeks of purchase to see how the new phone was working and if had any questions. Got the call within 2 days.I have no problem with that, and if any of you had read you paperwork included with the phone it would have told you they were going to call.So stop *****ing and be glad that they do care. Yes they could have had their names show up on Caller ID, and could have left a voice mail. But then i`m not an idiot and i do have fingers so called back the # myself and message says who they were.
good to know. just got a call from the same number and i updated this week. they could at least leave a voicemail.
I keep getting calls from same number. I must have had 2 calls per day for the past 2 weeks. I am also a Rogers customer and upgraded a couple of weeks ago. I even called Rogers and asked them to stop contacting me. They deny knowing that this is their own company harassing customers.
That makes sense. I upgraded recently too, but more than a month ago. They already called me for a follow-up and I told them everything was fine (two weeks later seems a bit late for "how's your phone working for you?").Don't want to give them any ideas, but wouldn't it be clever if they just had Caller ID that said "Rogers"?
I just got a call from the same number, i called it back to see who it was, and it is rogers wondering how my new phone was working ( i did an upgrade on Tuesday, they s****ed calling on Thursday)
Got a call from this number but didn't pick up. No message left.No indication as of yet that this is a problem number, although I do get su****ious calls from time to time. Would like to see if other people s**** posting about this number. A Google search provides no results pointing to a valid source.I'm a Roger's customer, cell phone.
