Leave a CommentThey said they were contracted by the court to serve me with lawsuit papers but they were returned. They gave me a case number and a phone number of the attorney that was trying to serve the papers. I called the supposed attorney office and gave them the case number and they said I was being sued for over $13,000 for a speigal or newport news or Eddie Bauer. Never had any account with them.

This is a scammer pretending you have a subpoena. They call from a restricted number claiming you have a lawyer and won't give you any information. They give you this number which only gives a busy signal.
