Leave a CommentDo not call them! They are criminals and will create BIG problems for you. Do not click on any part of the pop up. Use task manager or ALT + F4 to close the pop up. Close things out- clear your cache-reboot then scan with your up-to-date-AV program.
I got the same message on my computer and they tried to get me to let them have access to my computer by Rescue by LetMeIn and I disconnected the call

The number is included in a message that comes up blocking you from the internet. The message says that your computer is compromised and you should call this number for a certified Windows tech support person. I have a copy of the message if there is any way to upload it.

Could "POSSIBLY" be a "SCAM." This number popped up on my computer telling me my computer had been infected & they needed access to my computer. When I questioned them about how they got this, they ***G UP on me.
