Ok i was contacted my ***ndon Matthews and was aasked if i knew why he was calling i explained i didnt..he said well i have papers to serve u and this s important and i have been trying to get ahold of you but have had no luck...I said well what do i need to do he said call 877-211-2485 and give them claim number.....so i did....they guy who answers is David Montgomery and he ask for claim number then put me on hold for like 3 minute saying he was gonna transfer me to who i need to speak wit .....then he gets on the phone and says sorry ....so do u have your papers in front of you i said what papers i was told to call u he said what do u mean i said ***ndon Matthews just called my work and said to clal this number to get information..So may i ask what this is regarding.....he said first i need to verify you ssn number...(dont they usully wait for u to say it) anyways he said it first and then said u owe Ace check cashing and u bounced check and didnt pay them i siad well what do i need to do ...he siad you have court papers waiting for you in San Joaquin county. I siad ok Then explain i seen they are fraud form all online postings and he said excuse me u can thinkn wat u want ....wait wat exactly does it say i said i am sorry i called to see wat this is about...he siad no wait tell me wat it says.....we are not u can think that but u owe money and u have court.alalalalallal and was soooooo rude...i siad well i will call ace then and speak to them...he siad we are not fraud and you will be served...i said watever and he ***g up.... i then went to ace check cashing online and looked up my information and they stil hve me in there collections there fore Upstate MAnagement stating i couldnt pay Ace was full of S**T ..casue they are willing to take my payment in installments........ they are scam .....
