It is a collection agency. Just trying to collect debts for businesses. They are annoying because they will call several times a day and sometimes back to back. Even after I had just talked to an agent.
Sounds like a Collection Company, is calling my cell phone number & leaving messages for a "Pablo" . The recording says if I am not Pablo to call them, but they answer & say "We don't have this number in our system" and then they just **** up on me. These A**holes are calling my cell phone and leaving messages, costing me time & money!
