Leave a CommentCraiglist SCAMMER/Spammer. Attempts to get $199 out of people and list houses on Craiglist they don't own. They claim they will give you a list of homes with "take over payments" and claim there is no credit report. Sound fishy? Sounds too good to be true? It is!! Instead qsk any real estate person about taking over payment for people entering foreclosures. If you decide to call, ask them alot of questions and about return on your funds. Also, google this phone number, and you will see alot more complaints than on this sight.

They are posting adds on craigslist for homes they do not own
