RE: Legally questionable ‘scam call from 1-800-398-8614. This is yet another from a series of calls received from an anonymous caller claiming they are looking for the whereabouts of someone named Jamie Fontaine. Once a***n they ‘illegally’ claim that I ‘must’ call them back regardless of whether I know anything and they can use “all legal means” and call all references to find the person. Once a***n the caller “did not identify the company much less his/her name from the same place”. I have already reported this “illegal bogus scammer call/telephone scammer/iden***y thief” to “donotcall.gov” for what that was worth; in that, it is obviously apparent that the federal government (a/k/a Obama Administration/DOJ) knows who the caller is but is refusing to investigate, arrest, indict and convict the ‘scammer business en***y’. It will now be my plan to use any and all ‘legal (includidng DOJ) and personal means available to me to put a stop to these repeated ‘illegal criminal threatening calls ‘.
